Máiréad Enright
Máiréad Enright is Reader in Feminist Legal Studies at the University of Birmingham. She works on issues in reproductive justice, law and religion, and feminist legal theory. She currently holds a Leverhulme Research Fellowship; ‘Law's Inheritances: Legal Agency and Ireland's Reckoning with the Past’. She has previously been a legal consultant to artists on projects including The Touching Contract (Sarah Browne and Jesse Jones, commissioned by Artangel and Create, 2016), Tremble, Tremble (Jesse Jones, Irish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, 2017) and Syllabus (Jesse Jones, Kunsthal Gent, 2020).
